Athletes love numbers, so fitness trackers are an athlete's dream–you can track your weight, heart rate, sleep patterns and more! But with so many out there, how do you know which one is the best for you? Here are four to consider if you want to track your stats and up your game.
Apple Watch Series 7
Apple's newest rendition of the apple watch features some major breakthroughs in fitness tracking. In addition to the standard functions of fitness tracking, such as heart rate, steps counted, and calories burned, the Apple Watch Series 7 incorporates new technology to give more in depth health analysis. With built in sensors, the Series 7 can measure blood-oxygen level, allows you to take an ECG, and even tracks your sleep patterns and recommends bedtimes and sleep schedules based on your activity level. The only downside to this watch is the hefty price tag of $399, but if you utilize all its features on a daily basis it is well worth the investment.

One intriguing feature about the watch is the ability to participate in live coaching sessions via your phone and to even compete with friends with challenges that are built into the watch. Coming in at a price of $245, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 is a fine option for fitness tracking and for Samsung phone users in particular.
Garmin Forerunner 55
If you're a hardcore runner, then the Garmin Forerunner 55 is the watch for you. The Garmin Forerunner 55 offers in depth running analysis by tracking things like pace and cadence and even creating goals for you based on your personal running performance. In addition to the advanced running function of the Garmin model, there are other health functions such as heart rate tracking, recovery advice, and other built in sports apps that track performance for different workouts.

The Fitness charge 5 has been a hit since its release due to its sleek and subtle design coupled with an array of health and fitness functions. In addition to counting steps and heart rate, the FitBit charge 5 offers appealing analysis such as a stress management score, oxygen saturation monitoring, sleep score, and daily readiness score which determines if your body is ready for physical activity or if you should recover.
