In a team, everyone has their own roles and responsibilities, and team members rely on each other to perform them in order to succeed. Make sure you know what your team expects you to do, and do whatever it takes to complete it! With that said, communication is key, so don't be afraid to let your teammates know if you need help.

Finally, It is crucial to be understanding as a team player. You never know what your teammates may be dealing with outside of the time you interact. By keeping an open mind and a team first mentality, success will always be on the horizon!
