As an athlete, candy isn't the healthiest option when training or competing…but what if there was a way to turn leftover Halloween candy into an after- boost? Luckily, if you have any chocolate candy on hand, you can easily turn it into a post-workout shake! This recipe is simple, convenient, quick, and perfect for athletes who want a sweet treat with a protein boost. Try it for a snack that's all treats and no tricks!

Ingredients:

1 cup of milk of choice

½ cup of greek yogurt

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 

3 pieces of chocolate Halloween candy

Ice as needed

Directions:

  1. Add milk, greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and Halloween candy into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If the shake is too thick add more milk as needed.
