This recipe is simple, convenient, quick, and perfect for athletes who want a sweet treat with a protein boost. Try it for a snack that's all treats and no tricks!

Ingredients:
1 cup of milk of choice
½ cup of greek yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
3 pieces of chocolate Halloween candy
Ice as needed
Directions:
- Add milk, greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and Halloween candy into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If the shake is too thick add more milk as needed.
