Trischa Zorn-Hudson is a Paralympic swimmer from Orange, California. Zorn-Hudson is the most decorated Paralympian in the history of the Games. Blind from birth, Zorn-Hudson has won 55 Paralympic medals, 41 gold, 9 silver, and 5 bronze. In a 12-year stretch, Zorn-Hudson was undefeated in every Paralympic race that she competed in.
Zorn-Hudson was also the first visually impaired athlete to receive a full NCAA Division I athletic scholarship. At the University of Nebraska, Zorn-Hudson earned All-Big Eight honors and academic All-Big Eight three times.
In 2022, Trischa Zorn-Hudson was inducted into the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Hall of Fame. She was also inducted into the International Paralympic Hall of Fame in 2012.
Zorn-Hudson competed as a Paralympian for over two decades. To do something for that long and to continuously be good at it, you have to love what you do. Zorn-Hudson's success requires intense training and dedication.
