There is nothing I missed more during the COVID era than a proper team –when we were all close to one another without being afraid, sharing that same desire to work hard, to get better, to get that W. There's something about strategizing with your team to reach a shared goal that is inspiring and motivational. Now that we're doing more things in-person, remember to go back to your athlete roots and huddle up with the people who are going to help you get the job done, whether that's on your team, at a job, or anywhere else. It's hard to accomplish goals alone, but with good communication and a team that has your back, anything is possible!

Another thing: If I have learned anything at all in the time of the pandemic, it has been to appreciate the people who are around me; people like my family, my friends, my teammates. Let the people around you know that you love them and appreciate them.
