Damian Kunc is an international athlete on the JUCO soccer team at East Central College. Hailing from Scotland, Damian is nearing the end of his sophomore year and time at junior college, as he will be transferring to Louisiana State University – Alexandria. 8 AM – Wakeup
Damian gets out of bed and prepares himself for the day ahead before having a protein shake for breakfast.
9:30 AM – Class
It's one-and-done for Damian, whose only in-person class of the day is English Comp II.
11:30 AM – Lunchtime
Who says campus food is bad? Damian heads to the school canteen to eat lunch with his teammates.
12:30 PM – Work
Time to clock in! Damian heads to his on-campus job in the library as an English tutor.
3 PM – Practice Preparations
In order to ensure he is ready to practice, Damian heads to the locker room early to do some stretching and activation work.
3:30 PM – Soccer Practice
Next up is team practice, which usually consists of a dynamic warmup, possession boxes, passing drills, and a scrimmage. Practice is generally between ninety minutes and two hours long.
5:30 PM – Post-Practice Cooldown
Damian takes extra care of his body following practice by stretching at home.
6 PM – Homework/Studying
Damian's focus returns to academics as he catches up on any homework due and studies for upcoming tests.
7 PM – Dinner
After an intense practice session, it is time for Damian to refuel by eating a nutritious dinner.
8 PM – Personal Workout
Not satisfied with just a team practice session, Damian puts in some extra work in his own time at the gym.
9 PM – Free Time
After an action-packed day, Damian likes to unwind by watching TV and hanging out with friends.
11 PM – Bedtime
