Nicole Gasser is a former Division I tennis player from Monmouth University who won Most Valuable Player in 2019 and 2020. She was also the captain of the team before graduating in the Spring of 2022 with a major in Health Studies concentrating in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. Here is what a day in her life as an athlete looked like:
7:15 a.m.
Nicole wake up and gets ready for team lift
7:30 a.m.
Nicole makes some peanut butter oatmeal for breakfast and fills her water bottle

8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
Nicole goes to lift with her tennis team
9:00 a.m. – 11:35 a.m.
Nicole buys some coffee at a local coffee shop before her sports psychology class that starts at 9:30

12:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m.
Nicole goes home for lunch and makes a salad with chicken, avocados, and tomatoes
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
After class, Nicole does homework and relaxes before practice
4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Time for tennis practice!

7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
For dinner, Nicole normally makes chicken with pasta on the side
8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
After dinner Nicole does more homework if needed and hangs out with her housemates
10:30 p.m.
Nicole gets ready for bed to start early again the next day
