This “superfood” is packed with healthy fats, protein, greens, veggies, and even coconut water to keep you hydrated and full. This is the perfect on-the-go packed with ingredients that help you get game day ready!

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

½ of an avocado

½ of a kiwi

1 cup spinach

1 scoop of protein powder

1 tsp powder

1 tbsp almond butter

1 cup coconut water

Directions: 

Place all ingredients into a blender, add ice, and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
