Coach Allen is very kind off the field but lacks the ability to successfully lead a team. Her lack of knowledge is reflected by her players and the team record each year. She fails to coach each player in a way that they can find success. During recruiting she lied about team facilities and her demeanor changes when you arrive as a player.

Coach Allen has a lot of passion for the game of lacrosse. However, I fear that Allen has been out of the game to long and does not know how to adapt to in game situations to win.
