Seth fosters a healthy balance between winning, growth, relationships, and fun. He is honest and consistent with his communication and stays in touch with alumni and their families. Seth knows how special it is to participate in collegiate sports and gives players who arnt being picked up by other teams a chance to learn and grow under his program.
