I am a coach who has had player play for Craig. My experience dealing as a coach to coach is that he is educated, knowledgeable and honest. He uses a standard based style program. What sets Coach Roberts apart was not just his extensive knowledge of the game but also his ability to inspire and motivate the team. He pushed us to our limits, both physically and mentally, challenging us to become better athletes and better individuals. His coaching style was tough but fair, and he had a remarkable talent for bringing out the best in each player.

Craig is not only one of the most knowledgeable coaches in college soccer but he cares enough about the the student athletes to be honest and have the hard conversations. My daughter loved playing for him and he has continued to be a great influence in her post soccer career.

Craig came and did a session for my football team, I have known Craig for a long time and was really excited to get to see him in action, his session was really engaging with my players with great interventions to give very positive technical detail. I was the athletic Director at Virginia military institute and Craig was a coach there. I found him very honest, hard-working, and he knew the game. His players really liked him because he was direct with them but you could tell he really cared for every single member of the team.

Was able to take a loosing D1 team (three years straight) and in months was in contention for a conference championship. The players were motivated, determined, together, and achieved things even they didn’t know was possible. Excellent coach who loves, understands, and appreciates the game!

My experience with Coach Robert’s has always been nothing but professional. Coach Robert’s goes above and beyond what’s required for his student athletes. He expressed care for his players both on and off the field. Roberts has a deep knowledge about the game. He turned around a program that struggled and was able to help the girls to believe they could win.
