6:00 AM – 6:45 AM
Carlos starts off his day getting out of bed, brushing his teeth and taking a shower. Then he moves onto breakfast which varies for him depending on the day. Once he has finished breakfast, Carlos heads out to go coach tennis lessons
7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Right when 7:00 AM hits, Carlos starts his tennis lessons, and this isn't the only time he will be around tennis all day. It is just the beginning for him. Between lessons when he can, Carlos will study for grad school and do any homework he has.

This time block is the least strenuous for Carlos. Why? He's giving individual lessons for anyone on his team who is able to make it.
