Let's face it, no athlete likes to fail. In fact, we spend hours in the gym all the time to make sure we're at our best. However, at one point or another every athlete fails. So can we reclaim as another type of win?

The quote “There are no failures, just discoveries” really caught my attention for this reason. It's a great way to think of a negative (but universal) experience in a more positive way. Think about it and you will find it to be true: everyone is going to fail in life. Some more than others, but there is always a lesson to be found in failure. 

The lesson that you learn when you fail is what makes failure constructive, and having this mindset will make you successful in life–even when you inevitably fail.
