Athlete of the Week: Greg Sifferman Athlete of the Week: Greg Sifferman

is a DI swimmer at Maryland. competes in various swimming events, including the 200 breast, 200 IM, and 200 free, and has competed at various competitions in the Patriot League Conference. Despite a modified due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Greg thrived during his freshman year at Loyola Maryland, posting various personal records and racking up multiple top-five finishes. 

While Greg's accomplishments in the pool are commendable, his effort in the classroom cannot go unnoticed. During his freshman year, Greg earned Patriot League Honor Roll and helped Loyola Maryland's swim team reach CSCAA Scholar All-American status. Greg has put together quite the resume in his first year as a collegiate athlete. He has found a way to make a substantial impact in both athletics and academics, therefore embodying every aspect of what it means to be a successful student-athlete.
