Need a morning boost? Or even a middle-of-the-day pick me up? If so, you might reach for a cup of coffee, but for fans of matcha, this ice blended protein matcha latte is soon to be one of your weekday go-to's! Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:
1 scoop of matcha powder
1 cup plant based milk (I recommend coconut milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp agave/honey
1 tsp MCT oil
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Handful of ice
Coconut whipped cream

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend. Add more ice for a thicker consistency or add more milk if needed. Pour into a cup, top with coconut whipped cream, and enjoy!
