Time can be a scarce resource for college athletes. That's what makes it the most valuable thing on this earth. With this being said, wouldn't you want to make the most of your time? Here are a few tips on how to make your time more valuable.

Define Valuable:
Not everyone has the same definition of valuable. What is valuable to one person might not be to another. For example, studying an extra hour the night before a test may be valuable for one athlete while hanging loose and relaxing right before a big test may be valuable for others. Once you have an understanding of what is valuable to you, you will better understand how to make the most of your time.
Be Productive:
While taking a break is sometimes exactly what you need, regularly doing nothing with your time greatly diminishes its value and, let's be honest, stresses you out. Set a goal you want to achieve, whether that is a goal for the day, week, month, or year. Once you have a goal, you could manage your time around achieving your goal.

Prioritize Yourself:
Sometimes we think the most valuable way to spend our time is by giving all of it to others. But, if you leave no time for yourself, you can't sustain that lifestyle. Make sure you value your time by utilizing it in the most sustainable way, according to what is most important to you.
Time is precious for college athletes. Make sure you're making the most of yours!
