Gather A Solid Roster

Much like a coach, Joel said his main goal as AD is to assemble the right staff to help him out. This includes coaches, assistant coaches, medical trainers and more. Along with this he wants to provide his players with a great college experience that includes playoff runs and winning championships…including potential championship runs.

Be Flexible

When hit, nobody knew what was going to happen with the 2020 . Even so, Joel stayed calm and flexible with his plans. Optimism was key here. Joel loved seeing the energy of the athletes who were playing with Dickinson and how they came together. “It was a really nice thing to see based on what was happening in the world,” he said.

Team-building and a flexible game plan may just sound like solid strategies for a coach. But AD Joel Quattrone proves they can be applicable to many areas of life.
