Coach Reno is a real big family guy and makes everyone feel like they are welcomed. He also knows that the only way to be successful is to have everyone on board and uses the quote “we only need everybody”

He tries to be personable, sometimes he's better with certain players than others. But he's also a head coach and wants his players to do as told and understands the responsibility of his team doing well is on him. He probably has lied to most recruits bout what we get because it's yale but he's trying to get the best. Needs to work on efficiency.

Only had him for one year. Nice enough dude, but has to get it together. Used to blame people not being "his recruits" but he doesn't have the cushion anymore.

I think a fair coach. I just don't communicate with him like a friend on the field. What he says, I do, and if I do that well enough I trust he will help me off the field.
