Coach Allen is a very kind woman, but lacks in knowledge of lacrosse. She also recruits under the pretenses that school comes first, when in fact she prioritizes practice/lifts/etc. over being on time to class.

Coach Allen has a lot of passion for the game of lacrosse. However, I fear that Allen has been out of the game to long and does not know how to adapt to in game situations to win. Many 1 goal losses have proved this true. When you ask what you could do to get better she more focuses on what you do well instead of answering your question.
