Coach Stires is a win at all costs type of coach. She manipulates her players and coaches into thinking she is the only reason they win games, but when they lose it is everyone else's fault. She mentally, verbally and emotionally abuses they players. She gets in their faces, screams at them, stands over the players in a threatening way, and cusses them out. She throws chairs in practice and even puts her hands on coaches. Playing for her will be unforgettable, how can anyone forget the abuse they endured being coached by her? She does not care mentoring players and coaches, she cares about winning and does not care about the trauma she puts people through. She was placed on administrative leave at Cal Poly and was reinstated even though video evidence was turned in of her abusing the players. 10/10 do not recommend playing for her, coaching for her, or even being around her.
