Couldn't have asked for a more committed coach than Coach Vorwold. He cares, loves his players and is always looking to better our Iives.

Spends a lot of time on the cellphone during training sessions. Overall vision of the game not clearly communicated - physical fitness and speed seem to prone over tactics, exercises to construct a game, exercises that the players learn to interact - the more since they do not know each other yet and haven't played together before. The major objective seems to be to win as much as possible games regardless the way how they are won. Victory prones over the quality of the game and the players' satisfaction. There is a lack of transferring the wish to create a team culture. He doesn't appear to be really dedicated to the players and individual feed-back is missing. Nor is there encouraging what to improve in order to play a game and not sitting on the bench watching it. One is more or less on the lurt, delivered to oneself and the team mates. From the qualities proposed, the least that apply are therefore "accessible", "responsive", " understanding", "motivational", " believes in you", "dedicated to players", "creates a great team culture", "great communicator", "players coach".
