He didn’t engage with athletes unless they were scoring for the team. Ponsonby put a lot of pressure on us and acted like we were Olympic athletes which was pretty dumb so ordering it’s a Division 2 school. He made me lose my passion for running. It became a chore when he became the coach in 2018.
