Played for coach Faubion for 2 years at Southeastern OSU, the reason he gets a bad reputation is because of his old school style of coaching. If you can’t handle being held responsible for your mistakes on & off the field, then he isn’t the coach for you. His softball IQ is through the roof & taught me so much as a player and soon to be coach. I still talk to him even after college & he only wants the best for us players. He goes above & beyond for past athletes who need jobs or a job recommendation. Overall, he is a great coach & an even better person. I’ve had past teammates who hated the old man, but those were girls who were selfish & only thought highly of themselves. If you’re a team player & can handle a tough coach, this is a great man to play & learn from!!
