Disorganized Poor Communication
He only plays white guys and keeps the brown boys on then bench. I believe the brown boys are on there for minority reasons. He's been coaching for 10 years and the team is sorry, barely wins games....... holding them back. He is not a mentor AT ALL! He needs to be replaced.
