very bad coach. does not care for his players at all. Only interested in winning. Could not care less if you son gets injured. Cannot believe that such a great school like Union has him as a coach.

Stay away from Coach Paul Mound. Do not be swayed by his promises. Mound promises everything and does nothing to help his players improve. He has ZERO communication skills to help your son improve. The players are afraid to say anything to him because he will bench them.

I have never in my life had a coach this bad. In any sport. He will lie to any recruit just to get them to come to his school, then he ends up cutting half of the upper class men the following years. He knows next-to-nothing about the game (he coached softball before Union), and he will destroy any part of the game that you find enjoyable.
