Intense Disorganized Old School Mentality Poor Communication
I spent 2 years under Coach Meseck and he has completely taken away my love for the game. He picks out players and makes their season hell. He talks bad about players, to other players. He lies to players about everything, picks favorites, and does little to no preparation for any games. He destroyed multiple players mental health, and when it was brought to his attention he completely dismissed it. He refuses to listen to anyone’s opinion and will only do what he thinks is correct. He is passive aggressive, has NO care for his players, and doesn’t coach. He expects the players to coach themselves and then gets angry when they don’t succeed. He is simply the worst coach I have ever experienced.
