Mike Condon has experienced it all in his own hockey career. He has experienced : The agony of defeat and the thill of victory. Pressure on all fronts and a passion and discipline to play his best. He is humble, leads by example, and deeply understand all areas of the human body and mind that needs to be developed as a successful NHL Goalie. Why would that matter as a goalie coach? He brings everything he has learned from being an NHL goalie to his coaching and provides an invaluable experience towards exceptional goalie development.
