If I had the option to rate him in the negatives, trust me, I would. This guy is an absolute nightmare – not only is he uneducated about the game, but he's also a bully with anger issues. To make matters worse, he got the boot from the university I played for, and now he's back? It's mind-boggling. This dude isn't just bad at coaching; he's a pathological liar on top of everything.

If I had the option to rate him in the negatives, trust me, I would. This guy is an absolute nightmare – not only is he uneducated about the game, but he's also a bully with anger issues. Michael Leotta epitomizes everything a coach should not be. His treatment of players is consistently unfair and borderline abusive. Worse yet, he regularly engages in unethical behavior, from breaking rules and then blaming everyone else for it. His inability to control his emotions is glaringly evident, with outbursts of anger and frustration in inappropriate settings. In addition to his emotional immaturity, he neglects his duties and decides when to do his job or not. His lack of commitment and professionalism begs the question of how someone so clearly unsuited to coaching continues to occupy such a position of power over young athletes.

A few years ago, I had Michael as my coach; it was one of the worst experiences of my life. He came with a charming personality and a perfect resume, but if quickly went downhill. However, he engages in behavior that is disrespectful towards their athletes, in and out of the course. I wish I had not gone through the neglect my team experienced with him.
