Although knowledgeable, Megan is unprofessional, plays favorites, and treats players incredibly poorly. She accuses players of things that are not true and gives them no choice but to quit or be kicked off the team. She does a poor job of cultivating a positive team environment. She is too intense and does not know how to lose gracefully.
