Matt rarely ever seemed to show that he actually cared about his team - he seemed to only care about winning. What he lacked in empathy, compassion, and respect, he replaced with unnecessary intensity and constant yelling. He made my college soccer experience one to remember, and not for good reason.

He talks WAY too much in practice to the point we barely play because all he does is go on and on about something that could be said in a quick sentence. He also is so scattered about topics he wants to focus on when coaching. He needs to relax.
