Coach Tendler is a very knowledgable about the game of volleyball but despite all of that she cares a lot about her athletes not just as athletes but as people. She wants them to succeed not only on the court or the classroom but in life as well. She is very understanding that life goes on after we are done here at Elon and that our futures are important.
