Loves to play favorites and is not knowledgable about the game overall. Hardwork does not pay off with her because favorites trump everything else. She does not run her own practices and mainly sits and watches while assistant coaches plan and run practice. During games she is head coach and makes most of the "game time" decisions even though she is not involved in practice and rarely even pays attention. She is easy relatable and is great at managing time and trips with the team.
