Manny comes off very friendly and genuine but, but he’s actually very manipulative and fake. He claims to be fair but isn’t. As a player I would go in and ask what I can do to play more. In the spring he would track every statistic possible during practices and rank us. He told me that if my stats were better then the player ahead of me I would play. Each week consistently I was in the top 3. And the player ahead of me wouldn’t even reach the top 10. I didn’t see a single extra minute. On senior night the last two nights he didn’t play any of the seniors to honor them, even when the team is up 3-0. He acts like he wants feedback from the team, but everytime someone gives suggestions he ignores it and doesn’t change anything. The team starts to learn buzz words that he wants to hear during team meetings. So he is looking for answers instead of wondering what we think about the game. You will watch more film than any other team ever and it won’t be very helpful and seems like a waist of time. If you have anxiety or a mental Ilness don’t tell him because he doesn’t help or react will or act in sympathy. He’s a nice guy. But claims to be more then he is.
