Cared more about screaming at refs than coaching. Never adapted or changed up formations even when getting crushed entire game, played same 13/14 players, never ever gave others a sniff at field even when up or down by 5 goals. All girls on that team were capable of given starters 10 minute break, but never given chance. Hopefully new coach will turn program back to its old form.

Leigh does not know how to differentiate between friendships and player-coach relationships. It in turn ruined an entire season. She would take out her anger being mad at players who she considered her "friend" on the entire team at practice. Very unprofessional. She would yell at the refs so much that players on the team would have to apologize to the referee on the team's behalf. It was very embarrassing. Once called a ref by his first name and said "_____ you are f-ing horrible".
