She can do a little bit better with being assertive and letting us know what we're doing wrong in order to improve. She does that in a sit down setting, but I wouldn't mind it being more vocal in practice. She is amazingly caring and a beautiful human inside and out!

Love Lacey so so so much!! Amazing person and so funny!! Her and Emmie have the best dynamic!! Wish there was a little more communication between her and her players in terms of playing time i.e why they're taken out or not playing and what they can do better, etc. but overall I wouldn't want to have played anywhere else!

I think that it changes from being a freshman to a senior and how the coach relates to you each year. For example, my senior year I respected and got along with my coach a lot more than all the other years

She is likable, easy to get along with, and passionate about the game, but is very non-confrontational. She is always open to meet with players and talk, but if players come to her with concerns about playing time and ways they can improve it she usually gives vague answers that are little help. Overall, Lacey is the type of coach for players looking for a comfortable and supportive team environment.
