This coach does not honestly care about his athletes. He is not very understanding on the academic needs of his athletes and the commitment it takes. There needs to more flexibility offered for students with heavy majors. Could definitely be more involved in some of the events, but i don't think he has the knowledge to help with performance. He is very controlling.

This coach does not honestly care about his athletes. He is not very understanding on the academic needs of his athletes and the commitment it takes. Can be intimidating at first, but is fun when you get to know him. Can be a bit quirky, but in a good way I have heard critiques that he can be headstrong and overlook athlete's thoughts (specifically in pole vault/high jump) I went to him a lot during my career for help with stuff on and off the track, and he was always there for me; a stand-up guy.
