Coach Williams he’s a smart coach but I think a little out of touch at times. And many times I feel like she micromanages every situation. At times she seems to get caught up in the wrong things and that has caused our team to come up short on several occasions. I she has a lot of opinions that are not really related to our team. It would be great if she just focused on us and staying positive.

Kim is by far the best mentor I have ever had. She cares so much about players both on and off the field, and has a great approach to how she coaches. Very knowledgeable, and how she turned the program around says everything about her as a coach.

Knows the game really well and cares about her players. She truly wants the best for her team and for everyone to succeed in and off the field.Could have better social skills, takes her some time to get to know players that don’t initially come to her first. Treats players differently , some players get results from going to her office some don’t.

I was lucky enough to join the program early in Kim's Wesleyan career and see her take the program to incredible heights in a short amount of time. Kim is an amazing coach in so many way; she cares deeply about her players and their success on and off the field. She's committed to having a well-rounded program, starting with individual well-being.

She is the best coach I have ever had. I have been playing lacrosse since 3rd grade with at least 10 coaches and Kim is by far the best. She truly cares about all of her players and works to coach them in a way that is individualized and effective. She is so committed to the team and is so knowledgable about the sport.
