Kerri Jacklets manipulates her players. She uses fear and force to get her players to do what she wants, even if it is not what is best for the team overall. Although winning is not everything, Jacklets does not have winning records and for almost the whole first decade of her career. She simply does not put the best performing athletes on the field. Most importantly, the health of her players is not a priority. Do not be fooled by the facade.
