Intense Old School Mentality Poor Communication
Who plays from game to game has no rhyme nor reason. An athlete can go from 90 minutes one game to 10 minutes the next with no communication. Bullies referees to the point of multiple red cards. Screams at players, often using the "F bomb". Calls players into her office and brings them to tears routinely. Talks negatively about players to other players. If concerning behavior is reported to the AD, there will be retribution.
