My experience as a collegiate lacrosse player under Coach Hexter was not an enjoyable experience and I believe my teammates would agree. While I got a lot of playing time during my time there, Hexter was tough to approach, he lacked support for players that were not his "favorites" and could not handle constructive criticism from the team. While he seems fun-loving, his actions speak much louder than his words. He would be a much better coach if he listened to and respected his players.
