Absolutely not ready to be a head coach at the Power 5 conference level. She boasts women’s empowerment to make you feel shitty about your body. She expects accountability and honesty but has never taken responsibility for her mistakes. Beware of 4 hour straight practices and injuries being swept under the rug. When presented with a torn ligament in the rotator cuff: “well if we get her an MRI we will actually have to pull her out of the water.” Not to mention the entire freshman class missing a practice to speak with a counselor one day because they were all exceedingly depressed. But when these issues were brought to her, they went unacknowledged. One swimmer spent 3 months at home because she was suicidal and Jordan checked in on her twice. Not to mention told her to hold off on coming back to campus because she “had a lot on her plate with conference.” What a joke. It shows that she only got the job because she was the cheapest option.
