Campo has never been a collegiate baseball player and does not understand baseball. He has been at Gettysburg for over 35 years and has never won the Centennial Conference. Strictly goes by numbers/stats, ie throwing velo, hitting velo, 60 time, mile time. Wants all of his players to hit the same way. Destroys confidence. Doesn't know how to win.

No idea how to relate to players, thinks his way is the only way to do it, Literally only looks at statistics, runs the team as a dictatorship, has no leadership qualities and is very negative towards players when they're slumping, doesn't make any adjustments based on player's athletic abilities, coaches his players to play like robots
