Coach Spencer is a great coach to have during college because nothing about playing on her team is stressful. Her practices are well run, but laid back. She never raises her voice and doesn't kill you with fitness. Coach Spencer is also really focused on balance with school/athletics and helps the players with any issues they are dealing with. When it comes to playing time, she plays the best players, no questions asked. She is overall supportive and I would rate her positively.

I have really enjoyed playing at Bentley University and my coach is very fair in helpful when it comes to balancing school and athletics. She was also willing to let me play two sports here, as I am a member of the women's lacrosse team as well. She saw no problem with this and was very open in the beginning to me playing both as I couldn't decide which one to give up after high school.
