Helped me mentally, spiritually, academically, and athletically. I dealt with mental instability and he recommended different offices to help me feel more confident and deal with my mental instability. He was also a big role in applying spirituality to athletics and saying you can't do this alone and that you need to work together with everyone. He also helped me out academically by arranging meetings for to get tutored and to figure out a plan going forward academically. Athletically he believed in me when no one else did.
