Coach Nardi, although having some lacrosse knowledge, has no knowledge on how to treat her players. She picks on players & makes them feel worthless during practices while having favorites that can never do wrong in her eyes. She barely showed up to practices but would expect you to make lacrosse your number one priority, even over school. She was not someone that was easily approachable & would ignore players texts/calls when they needed guidance. She wanted to be accessible/on campus as little as she possibly could.
