It always seemed like he was just trying to be cool and look like he knew exactly what he was doing. I never felt motivated to play for him. He constantly said we would try all these new things at practice and stuff, but wouldn't follow through. I do believe he cared about you outside of the sport, but he did not make playing the game fun at all
