Coach long is a great manager and head coach. He has a great DC in Clint Sasse. However his OC Micah Smith is horrendous and WR coach Bryar Desanti is a confidence vaccum. This team could be beyond great. Offensive coaching needs a scheme and management change. Go eagles!!
