He cares more about how the team looks and doing things by the book than he does actually winning. Instead of playing the best players, he plays the oldest players and the ones who agree with him and visit his office the most. He doesn’t care about your mental health, just your physical appearance. He “demands” respect, but never tries to earn it and quite frankly does not deserve it because of how condescending he is towards his players and the manipulative actions he takes against his staff and players. He is dedicated, but he is not knowledgeable, educated, or interested in becoming either.
