I would not be the runner I am today without Coach Kegg. He is intense but he knows what he is doing. He writes his own traininf plan and sticks to it, it's very easy to understand. I have never had any major injuries under his coaching. Only little aches and pains. He helps professors by proctoring our quizzes while traveling. Overall, great Coach
