Coach Farkhod was very respectful and approachable during my time playing for him at Saint Mary’s. He immediately improved the negative culture of the program and addressed the players who were getting away with terrible things in the past. Brought the love of the game back to the vast majority of the players and changed the culture of the program! Go Belles.

Direct Intense Disorganized Fitness Is Important Poor Communication
Very offensive. Has a very large ego and can never be wrong. Never open to hearing and implementing ideas from the players. If something is not going right, or the team is on a losing streak, he frequently gives speeches about how he has bigger problems. The bottom line of all of them is “quit if you don’t want to be here and respect me”. Playing for him feels like being part of a dictatorship at the collegiate level. He is incredibly rude and does not value his current players.
